NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLEN COVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an emergency meeting will be held virtually via Zoom by the City Council on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The City Council will consider a resolution to engage the law firms of Leventhal, Mullaney & Blinkoff, LLP and Chase, Rathkopf & Chase, LLP as counsel the City Respondents in the matter of Roni Epstein v. Planning Board of the City of Glen Cove, City Council of the City of Glen Cove, 135 Glen Cove Ave. Corp., Livingston Development Corp., Gaspare Tuminello, and Gregory Kalnitsky (Nassau County Sup. Ct. Index No. 615029/2020).
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the public will only have virtual access to the meeting, pursuant to NYS Executive Order 202.1, and subsequent orders thereafter. The hearing may be accessed by following www.zoom.us/join and entering webinar ID number 882 9944 8546 and passcode number 654725. The hearing may also be accessed through a computer link located on the home page of the Glen Cove web site (https://glencoveny.gov/city-council-meeting-livestream/), which link will be posted on the web site in advance of the meeting. Anyone wishing to provide public comment can submit comments to [email protected] in advance of the hearing. Public comments received prior to the commencement of the public hearing will be made part of the public record. In addition, live public comment may be received during the duration of the meeting by telephone, by dialing (929) 205-6099 and entering webinar ID number 882 9944 8546 and passcode number 654725. Please note that although all interested persons who dial in will be given an opportunity to speak, all telephones will be muted until such time as the particular individual is authorized to speak.
