The City of Glen Cove Volunteer Fire Department provides our residents with unparalleled fire protection and firematic education. In October of each year, the fire department sponsors an open house with special “hands-on” learning events that teach children important safety guidelines to prevent fires or to evacuate in the event of a fire.
