NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the City of Glen Cove has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll of Real Property for the year 2021. A copy of said assessment roll will be electronically available on June 1st, 2021 where it can be viewed at the City of Glen Cove, Department of Assessment website,  http://glencoveny.gov/assessment-department/ . In addition, the electronic roll will be available at the public terminal by the Assessment office.  

 

On Grievance Day, Tuesday, June 15, 2021, the Board of Assessment Review will meet during the following times: 10am-12pm; 2-4pm; 7-9pm. to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any property owner believing to be aggrieved in the 2^nd Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 9 Glen Street, Glen Cove, New York. Property owners are not required to be present during the hearing.
