Alert: new closures for Southland Drive Bridge

 Alert: Please be aware of the revised work schedule for the Southland Drive Bridge. The work will require the bridge to be closed 7:00am-3:30pm on the following days, December 5, 6 and 7 are being added to the original schedule:

Monday November 28

Tuesday November 29

Wednesday November 30

Monday December 5

Tuesday December 6

Wednesday December 7

Monday December 12

Emergency Alert 09-25-2026: BEACH CLOSURE ALERT Due to the impending storm, all City of Glen Cove beaches will close today, Friday, September 25, beginning at 5:00 PM. The beaches will remain closed on Saturday and are expected to reopen on Sunday once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. Please use caution and avoid beach areas during the storm.
