Great opportunities for Glen Cove teens!

The City of Glen Cove Youth Bureau is kicking off the 2026 Seasonal Youth Employment Program earlier than ever with a brand-new Winter Workshop Series to help students build skills and get ready for spring and summer jobs.

Important: Only teens who complete the Winter Workshops will be eligible for SYEP positions.
(The only exception is the Green Team program for 8th and 9th graders; applications for Green Teams are taken by phone May 1–5.)

Teens can work at the Community Garden, concession stands, summer camp, the Senior Center, City Hall, the beaches and other City departments.

Requirements: Teens must be at least 14 years old and have a working card, photo ID, and Social Security card.
