Temporary Drainage work- Beatrice Road Area

DRAINAGE WORK NOTICE

Drainage work will begin on Beatrice Lane and Barbara Lane early next week and is expected to take approximately 3–5 days to complete.

Both roads will remain open to traffic, but motorists may experience temporary delays or inconvenience. Please use caution while traveling through the work areas.

Emergency Alert 09-25-2026: BEACH CLOSURE ALERT Due to the impending storm, all City of Glen Cove beaches will close today, Friday, September 25, beginning at 5:00 PM. The beaches will remain closed on Saturday and are expected to reopen on Sunday once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. Please use caution and avoid beach areas during the storm.
