TRAFFIC ALERT – SUNDAY, AUGUST 30

 

Motorists are advised to expect temporary road closures, traffic delays and increased traffic in the area of Glen Cove High School and Lattingtown Road on Sunday morning, August 30, due to the Nicholas Pedone Foundation 5K Run/Walk and the Sikh Forum Annual Mela.

 

Temporary road closures and delays are expected in and around Dosoris Lane, Lattingtown Road and Old Tappan Road during the 5K, with additional traffic expected in the Lattingtown Road area throughout the day.

 

Please allow extra travel time, use alternate routes when possible, and follow all posted signs and directions from traffic personnel.
