The Glen Cove Police Department submits the plan below, pursuant to New York State Executive Order 203. This plan was developed after a comprehensive review of police force deployments, strategies, polices, procedures and practices through consultation with community stakeholders. This plan will enable the Glen Cove Police Department to continue its robust community-oriented policing strategies while working towards further reducing racial disparities in policing.
