Temporary Water Shut Down: correction *Kirkwood* occurring now

Important Notice: Temporary Water Shutdown

Please be advised that due to an emergency water main break, the water supply will be shut off Monday, Jan. 27th at 9:30 am in the following areas:

 

  • Kirkwood through Hilldale Road to the end.

 

This shutdown will remain in effect until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

Emergency Alert 09-25-2026: BEACH CLOSURE ALERT Due to the impending storm, all City of Glen Cove beaches will close today, Friday, September 25, beginning at 5:00 PM. The beaches will remain closed on Saturday and are expected to reopen on Sunday once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. Please use caution and avoid beach areas during the storm.
