Request for Expressions of Interest – Pulaski Street Municipal Parking Garage

The City of Glen Cove is seeking Expressions of Interest (RFEI No. 2026-004) from qualified local automobile dealerships for the potential lease of a portion of the third floor of the Pulaski Street Municipal Parking Garage.

The City is exploring interest in utilizing this space for vehicle storage, inventory overflow, fleet staging, or other related automotive uses, subject to approval.

This is not a formal bid, but a preliminary step to help inform a future Request for Proposals (RFP).

Location: Pulaski Street Municipal Parking Garage (3rd Floor)
Estimated Capacity: Approximately 103 parking spaces
Submission Deadline: April 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM

Interested parties should submit an Expression of Interest including company information, proposed use, number of vehicles, and suggested lease terms.
