Swimming advisory: Glen Cove Beaches closed

BEACH BATHING ADVISORY

Due to yesterday’s rainfall, a bathing advisory is in effect for Morgan Memorial Park Beach, Crescent Beach, and Pryibil Beach.

The advisory is expected to be lifted at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 20.

Emergency Alert 09-25-2026: BEACH CLOSURE ALERT Due to the impending storm, all City of Glen Cove beaches will close today, Friday, September 25, beginning at 5:00 PM. The beaches will remain closed on Saturday and are expected to reopen on Sunday once the storm has passed and conditions are safe. Please use caution and avoid beach areas during the storm.
